Our platform now offers a convenient feature for viewing RSVP summaries directly from the meeting page.

Tracking responses

Upon opening the meeting page, participants can click on the RSVP results to access the RSVP summary.

Viewing responses

The RSVP summary is displayed in a modal window with the following components:

  • Five RSVP sections:

    • Yes, in person

    • Yes, virtually

    • Maybe

    • No

    • Pending

  • Close icon for closing the window

When there are no RSVP responses, you will be informed of the absence of responses in the same window.

Note: Corporate secretaries are included and displayed in the list.

Managing responses

The Corporate Secretary can change the provided RSVP by drag-and-drop action from one category to another.

Since it is known that invitees can respond to the meeting from various channels, this feature helps Corporate Secretaries manage the responses without any dependencies on Board Members.

Users can close the window by clicking on the Close icon or outside the modal.

Setting reminders

Corporate Secretary will be able to send reminders to meeting participants to respond to the meeting invite from RSVP pop-up and also the Dashboard.

Modified meetings

Whenever a meeting date, time, or group changes, the RSVP resets to default (Everyone’s RSVP except the Corporate Secretary becomes Pending). Board Members need to respond again to the meeting.
