Duplicate the agenda, or create one from scratch

Once you enter the agenda creation section, the first thing you'll need to do is decide whether you want to:

  • Duplicate the agenda from one of the previous meetings or

  • Create a new agenda from scratch.

By default, you will be offered to duplicate an agenda from previous meetings.

Once you select the Duplicate existing Agenda option, you will have access to the entire list of past meetings in the group you selected during the meeting creation step.

By selecting any meeting from the list, before you click the Confirm button, you will be able to preview the agenda. This preview will be shown below.

The preview shows how the agenda will look if it is confirmed

After you click Confirm - an agenda identical to the agenda of your selected meeting will be created in your new meeting. Please note that the duplicated agenda will include:

  • Names of agenda items

  • Agenda items descriptions

  • Agenda items durations and times

  • Motions in agenda items

All items on the duplicated agenda may be edited.

All file attachments will not be duplicated.

If you don't want to duplicate the agenda, just select Create new and click Confirm, so you can create a new agenda from scratch. You can read how to do it in the article
