In cases where you want to emphasize the presenter's role on an agenda item, you can use the Presenter feature. To do this, select the Presenter option when creating a meeting agenda:
Type the name of the presenter in the field that appears under the agenda item name.
In case you enter the name of a person present in the system - iDeals Board will prompt you to assign them as a presenter. However, you can enter any name, depending on your needs:
The Presenter you select will be available to all meeting participants.
