Learn how to assign a presenter to your agenda items

In cases where you want to emphasize the presenter's role on an agenda item, you can use the Presenter feature. To do this, select the Presenter option when creating a meeting agenda:

Type the name of the presenter in the field that appears under the agenda item name.

In case you enter the name of a person present in the system - iDeals Board will prompt you to assign them as a presenter. However, you can enter any name, depending on your needs:

The Presenter you select will be available to all meeting participants.

Also, information about the Presenter will be available when viewing the Board Book:
