We're pleased to announce some exciting new features in iDeals Board.
You don't need to do anything, you'll see the changes automatically the next time you log in.
New features
Meeting responses (RSVP)
Board members can now respond to meeting invitations on the meeting page. This helps the corporate secretary confirm the meeting quorum.
As soon as a meeting is published, invited participants will see a new Going? button on the meeting page, where they can select an option:
Once an option is selected, the participant can view their response on the meeting page and on their dashboard:

The participant can update their response if their circumstances change.

Actions
Keep track of in-meeting actions and tasks with the new Actions feature, available on the sidebar. Create and assign actions, and set due dates to keep on top of your to-do list.

Documents: eSignatures
The signatures are now downloaded with the document. Find out more about Documents.
Clean up of the Agenda item controls
The visual look of each individual agenda item, when creating/editing an agenda item, has been changed
We've also updated our mobile apps, available from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
