New features
Save your e-signature
You can now save your e-signature and use it in any document.
Amended features
Agenda
When adding a new agenda item, the default item duration is now 30 minutes.
We've also added many usability improvements when viewing, editing, and publishing an agenda.

Documents
Users can now save their e-signature and use it in any document.
In Documents > View details > Access tab, the download icon has been updated.

Meetings
On the day of the meeting, the physical meeting address is now displayed on the meeting card on the user’s dashboard.
To ensure a clear voting process, the voting options have changed. Confirmation messages and notifications have also been updated.

Minutes
The Share icon in meeting minutes has been updated.
Secretaries can now share .doc and .docx meeting minutes.

Users, accounts & profiles
We’ve made it easier to upload or change your profile picture.
When editing a user, we've improved the experience and made some design changes.
When accepting an invitation to iDeals Board and setting a password for the first time, the Reset password button is now labeled Create account.

We've also updated our mobile apps.
