Learn how to enable and configure integration with Microsoft Outlook/Google Calendar in the Integrations article.

If one of the integrations is enabled, when you create a meeting and send invitations, this meeting will be displayed in your Outlook/Google calendar with all its details, invited participants, and their responses to the invitation. Here's how your meeting will look on your calendar:

When you create an meeting, you can only select 1 calendar.

If Outlook or Google Calendar integration has been enabled and you want to know whose account has been linked, hover your mouse over the β€˜i’ button and you will see the account name in a pop-up window.

Clicking the Remove button will not cancel the integration, but will remove the meeting from the calendar. Just as true is the reverse: if you delete a meeting just from your Outlook/Google calendar - it will still remain on the iDeals Board.

If you change meeting participants or meeting details while you have Outlook or Google calendar integration enabled, these changes will will reset RSVP and the same will be reflected in the calendars.

Both Google and Outlook calendars can be synchronised to create new meetings, meetings saved as draft and published, but only for meetings that will take place in the future. Outlook and Google Calendars cannot be synchronised with meetings that have taken place in the past.

If you first publish a meeting and then enable Outlook or Google Calendar integration, the meeting data will not be synchronised with your calendar. It can be synchronized by clicking "Add to Outlook" in the meeting edit page of these published meetings
