Learn how to enable and configure integration with Microsoft Outlook in the Integrations article.
If your integration is already enabled, you will see information about it when you create a meeting:
Clicking the Remove button will not cancel the integration, but will remove the meeting from the calendar.
This means that when you create a meeting and send invitations, this meeting will be displayed in your Outlook calendar with all its details, invited participants, and their responses to the invitation. Here's how your meeting will look on your calendar:
If Outlook integration has been enabled and you want to know whose account has been linked, hover your mouse over the ‘i’ button and you will see the account name in a pop-up window.
If you delete a meeting just from your Outlook calendar - it will still remain on the iDeals Board.
All your meetings are now synchronised with your Outlook calendar. If you change the meeting participants or the data of the meeting itself, it will also be displayed in your calendar.
Outlook calendar can be synchronised to create new meetings, meetings saved as draft and published, but only for meetings that will take place in the future. Outlook Calendar cannot be =synchronised with meetings that have taken place in the past.
If you first publish a meeting and then enable Outlook integration, the meeting data will not be synchronised with your calendar. It can be synchronized by clicking "Add to Outlook" in the meeting edit page of these published meetings
