Meeting Duplication
Secretaries can now streamline the meeting creation process. They can now duplicate an existing meeting:
From the Meetings List
Directly from the meeting they want to duplicate
Replace or clear the agenda of a meeting
Users, when duplicating a meeting, can now either copy the agenda from another meeting or clear it to create an agenda from scratch.
Microsoft Outlook integration
With Microsoft Outlook integration, users will be able to create full calendar meetings, track RSVPs and more.
Integration settings window
The section with management of all integrations has been moved to a separate menu item for greater user convenience.
Multiple assignees in Actions
Now the secretary can assign an Action not only to one user, but to several users at once, or to a whole group.
