What is 2FA?
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an increased layer of protection for your account, which requires you to log in using a code known only to you in addition to your username and password.
Combining this code with your username and password provides a stronger and more secure extra layer of security. This extra step not only presents a difficult hurdle for attackers, but also reduces the risk of becoming a victim of phishing attacks, fraud, and identity theft.
Enable and disable 2FA
Secretaries, refer to 2FA activation and deactivation.
After enable 2FA on your workspace, users must to enter the six-digit code generated in by the chosen authenticator app every time they log into their account.
Log in using 2FA
Signing in to a 2FA protected account takes three steps:
Enter your username and password.
Use a dedicated mobile app for smartphone authentication, such as Google Authenticator, to get an entry code.
Use the received code to log in.
The code is only valid for a limited time. If it expires, obtain a new code from the authentication app.
Check whether 2FA is enabled
To find out whether two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, select your profile picture in the lower-left corner.
If your account is not currently 2FA-protected, it will inform you on the workspace menu by saying "Account not 2FA-protected".
