The Audit log helps administrators track user activity across your Board workspace — like when meetings were created, agendas were published, or users were added or removed.

This log improves transparency, supports incident reviews, and helps reduce user error.

🔒 Only Administrators can view the Audit log.

Where to find it

You’ll find the Audit log under Reports. It opens by default when you visit the page.

Filtering the log

To focus on what matters, use the filters at the top:

  • Start and end date – Shows events from a specific time range
    (default: last 2 weeks)

  • Author – Filter by user or group
(use the search bar or tick checkboxes)

  • Action – Filter by event types or categories

  • Clear all – Resets all filters to their default state

⛔ Dates in the future can’t be selected. If you pick an invalid range, fields will reset automatically.

What you’ll see in the log

The report is grouped by date, with the most recent events shown first.

Each row includes:

  • Date and time – Time of the action in your timezone

  • Author – Name and email of the user who did it

  • Action – What happened (e.g. Agenda published)

  • Details – Context about the event (e.g. Meeting name, date, etc.)

Action categories

Audit events are grouped into 8 categories:

  • Agendas – When agendas are published or unpublished

  • Board books – When they’re opened or downloaded

  • Groups – Created, edited, or archived

  • Logins – Tracks user logins by platform and method

  • Meetings – Created, published, or deleted

  • Minutes – Viewed, shared, downloaded, or approved

  • Users – Added, edited, deactivated, or had roles changed

  • Voting – All actions related to meeting votes

💡 Each category includes detailed info about what’s captured and why.
