All the necessary in-meeting tools are in one place. To create Actions directly from a meeting, open your Meeting Minutes.

Learn how to enter Meeting Minutes from the article Meeting Minutes

Click on the agenda item where you want to create the Action and click Add draft action button.

In the field that appears, enter the Action to be completed under this agenda item.

You can then continue working on Meeting Minutes while creating Actions in parallel.

At the end of the meeting, you will see how many Actions you have created throughout the meeting.

Note: the number in brackets shows how many draft Actions you have created

Click on the Actions button to finalize their creation. You will see a list of all the Actions in the draft that you created.

When using the name of your colleagues and particular due dates for an action, you will see in the draft version of the Action that they are already assigned to the people you mentioned and the due date you specified.

Note: No matter what the system has helped you in setting an assignee and due date, you can always make any change to the created Action.

Moreover, all the Actions you create will be automatically linked to the agenda where they were created.

All you need to do is verify the data entered, add documents (if needed) and publish the Action.

Now you can go back to Meeting Minutes and finalize your work on those as well.
