Go to the Actions page. Filtering will be available at the top of the screen.
At iDeals Board, we want you to always focus only on what really matters. That's why filtering is available for:
4 closest meetings to the current date;
Access to all available Actions for all meetings
Filtering Actions when creating them directly from a meeting

In case you have created actions directly from a meeting, they will be selected for you by default.
