Share documents with others

Share a document

For every document or folder, you can manage who can view or download it or copy the link to it and share with others.

  1. Go to Documents.

  2. Locate the folder or the document you want to share.

  3. On the More Options menu, select View details.

  4. Select the Access tab.

  5. Select the eye icon to allow or restrict view access for each user.

  6. Select the download icon to allow or restrict users from downloading the document​.

  7. Select Save and notify to let users know you've changed their access.
