The Documents tab in the Settings page allows you to configure board book and meeting minutes settings.

How to access Documents settings
To navigate to the Documents settings of your workspace:
Click Settings in the main menu
Navigate to the Documents tab
Board book settings
You can configure the following options in the Board book section:
Download access
If you enable Allow meeting participants to download board books, all participants can download board books for all workspace meetings, including past meetings.
Enabled by default.
Cover page logo
Users can upload a custom logo for the board book cover.
By default, this option is disabled. The Upload logo button is visible.
Press Upload logo and add your image for your cover page logo.
Then press Save.
We recommend ensuring your logo is in PNG format with a resolution of 288x96 pixels. However, we other supported formats are: JPEG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG.
With a max file size: 5MB.
Page numbers
You can choose the placement of page numbers:
Don’t include
Top right corner (default)
Bottom right corner
Only one option can be selected.
Headers and footers
Within your head and footers we include, agenda item number and name, followed by attachment name. You can choose the placement of headers and footers:
Don’t include
Top left corner (default)
Bottom left corner
Only one option can be selected.
Meeting minutes settings
You can configure the following options in the Meeting Minutes section:
Download access
If you enable Allow meeting participants to download meeting minutes, all participants can download meeting minutes for all workspace meetings, including past meetings.
This setting is disabled by default
