Now when you click on the Help Center button, you will not be redirected to our Help website. But instead - it will open our built-in support.
You can access this window from anywhere on the system.
This window will allow you to:
- Ask any question about the iDeals Board and get an answer;
- Read articles in the Help Center;
- Store a history of correspondence with iDeals Board support;
- Receive incoming messages about new releases and surveys from the iDeals Board team.
This window does not replace your usual access to iDeals Board support or your Customer Success Manager, but will enhance that interaction.
