iDeals Board for guests
If you're invited as a Guest to iDeals Board, you might need to join a meeting but not very often. For example:
At a Board of Directors meeting, where only senior members of your organization meet, your main investor might be required to attend. In this case, the investor should be added as a guest.
An audit committee meeting, when an external auditor is invited to provide his expert opinion. This external auditor can be added to the meeting as a guest.
A quarterly Board of Directors meeting, you might need to discuss an issue that requires the expertise of your Chief Security Officer. You won't need him at other meetings so they can be added as a guest.
Guests can:
View upcoming meetings and any tasks they need to complete
View documents attached to agenda items
View the board book when the agenda is published and save their reading progress
Guests are unable to vote on motions during a meeting. If a guest user attends meetings more regularly or needs to complete certain tasks, consider adding them as a user with the role of Member.
