As a secretary, there are tasks you can perform that other user roles can't. You can:
Create and edit meetings
Create and manage agendas
Manage meeting minutes
Upload and manage documents and folders
Add and edit users and add them to groups
You can ask your administrator to:
Deactivate a user
Assign the admin role to a user
Remove a user's administrator status
Create a user group
