Manage meeting responses

Written by Mart Monet

Our platform now offers a convenient feature for viewing RSVP summaries directly from the meeting page.

Tracking responses

Upon opening the meeting page, participants can click on the meeting to access the RSVP summary.

Viewing responses

The RSVP summary is displayed on the right hand side of the meeting tab with the following components:

  • Five RSVP sections:

    • Yes, in person

    • Yes, virtually

    • Maybe

    • No

    • Pending

  • Close icon for closing the window

The RSVP options available depend on the meeting type: Yes, in person and Yes, virtually appear according to whether the meeting is in person, online, or hybrid, while Maybe, No, and Pending always apply. When there are no RSVP responses, you will be informed of the absence of responses in the same window.

Note: Corporate secretaries are included and displayed in the list.

Managing responses

The Corporate Secretary can change the provided RSVP. Click into the meeting, and you will see the list of RSVP on the right side of the screen.

Here you can select the relevant dropdown the response for each participant.

Since it is known that invitees can respond to the meeting from various channels, this feature helps Corporate Secretaries manage the responses without any dependencies on Board Members.

Users can close the window by clicking on the Close icon or outside the modal.

Setting reminders

Corporate Secretary will be able to send reminders to meeting participants to respond to the meeting invite from RSVP pop-up and also the Dashboard.

Modified meetings

Whenever a meeting date, time, or group changes, the secretary may reset the RSVP (Everyone’s RSVP except the Corporate Secretary becomes Pending). Board Members need to respond again to the meeting.
