Mark minutes as approved
Secretaries can mark minutes as approved.
Open the previous meeting and select Mark as Approved.
Select the approver and the date of approval.
Select Mark as Approved. The meeting minutes will have a status of Approved.
This is the secretary's view. Participants don’t see the Mark as approved option.
