User profile page

Learn how to keep your personal and board-related information up to date

With the profile page is the easy way to keep information up to day, Depending on your role in the workspace, you’ll see different sections and editing options.

How to access your profile

You can open the profile page by:

  • Clicking on your avatar in the top right corner and selecting Profile

  • Navigating to another user's profile (if you're a secretary or administrator)

Once opened, you’ll see two main tabs:

  1. Personal information

  2. Board position & roles

Personal information

This tab includes your basic personal details. To edit any of the fields, click into them directly.

First name & Last name

Required. Max 255 characters

About

Optional. Max 500 characters

Phone

Optional. Max 50 characters

Date of birth

Optional. Select from a calendar. No future dates allowed

Gender

Optional. Choose from: Male, Female, Non-binary, Prefer not to say

💡 The Save button will activate once any change is made.

Board position & roles

This section allows you to update your board title and the dates you’ve served.

Start date & End date

Use the calendar picker. The end date must be later than the start date

If you're part of any groups in the workspace, you'll also see your current roles listed here (read-only for most users).

💡 Only Secretaries and Admins can edit Start dates and End dates. Other users can't update those fields even for their own profile.

Who can see and edit what?

Role

What you can do

Admins

View and edit all profile sections for any user

Secretaries

View and edit users in their assigned groups

Individual users

View and edit their own info only

Guests & Board Members

Can view and edit their own Personal and Board info. Group details are read-only

Saving your changes

  • The Save button appears once you’ve made changes

  • Changes in one tab are kept even if you switch to the other

  • If you try to leave the page without saving, you’ll be asked to confirm

✅ When saved successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message.
