Learn how to manage your general settings of your workspace

The General tab in the Settings page allows you to configure your settings corresponding to your organization's name.

Available to:

  • Administrators

  • Secretaries

How to access General settings

To navigate to the General settings of your workspace:

  1. Click Settings in the main menu

  2. Navigate to the General tab

Organization name

Here you can customize your organization's name in two ways.

  1. Display name - this is how your organization's name appears within the workspace i.e. the top left corner and on your email headers.

  2. Sender name in email - how your organization's name appears as a sender within emails.
