This report is a key tool for managing meeting participation and checking compliance with attendance requirements, making it easier to keep track of who attended and who missed meetings.

Users can now effectively manage meetings across time zones. This feature provides seamless coordination and increased flexibility for Groups with members working in different time zones.

Now links added manually in the “Video Conferencing Link” field are displayed correctly in invitations, regardless of Zoom or Teams connection. An improvement has been implemented to prevent adding an unnecessary </a> HTML tag, which was causing links to work incorrectly.

Resolved an issue with sending an invitation without an organizer in the .ics file. Now invited meeting attendees will not be able to edit the event in calendars.

Administrators are now allowed to create meetings for groups without secretaries.

Previously approval meeting minutes were limited to six months. This restriction has now been removed.
