By default, only group members have voting permissions, but you may need to adjust those in cases where you, as secretary, have voting rights, or your group/committee has non-voting members. To assign voting rights, enter the Directory section, select the group you need in the Groups tab, and click on the button with three dots. In the list that opens, select the Voting Preferences option.

Mark those who can or cannot vote within this group and click Save.

Now, when voting, those you have given the right to do so will be able to vote, and those you have not given the right to will not be able to vote.
