Download a file or folder

Learn how to download a file or a folder from your workspace onto your computer or laptop

Administrators, secretaries, and members can download documents and folders.

  1. Go to Documents.

  2. Locate the document or folder you want to download.

  3. On the three dots options menu, select Download. Or use the download shortcut that appears upon hover of your cursor. ​


The document or folder is then downloaded to your computer or laptop.

You can also download the file when you view it. To do this - click on the download icon in the top right corner:
